At PK Mart, we work hard to make sure your orders reach you quickly, safely, and on time. Our goal is to provide a smooth shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, shipping costs, and other important information related to your purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order on our website, our team immediately begins preparing it for dispatch.

  • Processing Time: Typically 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer — but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and another email or message when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time varies depending on your city or location within Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on courier coverage).

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed and shipped faster compared to COD orders.

We use reliable courier partners such as Leopard, TCS, M&P, and Call Courier to ensure safe and timely deliveries across Pakistan.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control — such as weather, traffic conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep our shipping rates affordable for everyone.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 200 (may vary depending on weight and destination).

  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000 (as part of our ongoing promotions).

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for our customers across Pakistan.

  • Please make sure to provide an active phone number so the courier can contact you when delivering your order.

  • If you fail to accept delivery after multiple attempts, your order may be canceled, and you may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your address and contact details before confirming your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey directly on the courier’s website. If you do not receive your tracking details within 2–3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at pkmart00@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and postal code are correct when placing your order.

  • PK Mart will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If you realize you’ve entered the wrong details, please contact us within 12 hours at pkmart00@gmail.com so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the address.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, natural events, or peak seasons.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact the courier company directly for clarification.

  3. If the issue persists, email us at pkmart00@gmail.com with your order number, and our team will investigate the matter immediately.

We will always help you track your package and resolve any shipping-related issue promptly.

8. International Shipping

Currently, PK Mart delivers only within Pakistan.
We are working on expanding our services to international locations in the future. Stay tuned for updates through our website and social media channels.

9. Undeliverable Packages

In cases where a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Unreachable contact number, or

  • Repeated delivery attempts,

The buyer may be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.

If a customer repeatedly refuses COD deliveries, PK Mart reserves the right to disable COD for that customer’s future orders.

10. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier. Instead, contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number,

  • Photos or videos of the package, and

  • A short description of the issue.

We’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate and send a replacement if necessary.

11. Change or Cancellation of Order

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at pkmart00@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified — you may still request a return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.
