  • Items purchased during clearance or sale

We take health and safety very seriously, so please understand that once a sealed item is opened, it cannot be restocked or resold.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

4. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If approved, your refund will be issued:

  • As store credit or replacement (for COD orders).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — sometimes processing takes time.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.
If the exact item is not available, we may offer you another product of equal value or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If your product was defective, damaged, or incorrect, PK Mart will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled — you may still request a return after delivery following the conditions above.
